​We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant with experience in the financial services sector. Duties will include client meeting preparation, transaction processing, interacting with clients, providing general office support and working closely with the advisors. 

The successful candidate will be positive, efficient, organized and have an ability to work well under pressure. He or she will have proficiency using industry and office software and will be insurance & mutual fund licensed or be willing to obtain these licenses within six months of being hired.
